Exit 305 Lévis
A 642 000 sq. ft. commercial (400 000 sq. ft.) and industrial land (242 000 sq. ft.), on which a development of some 142 000 sq. ft. of buildings will be constructed, including 48 700 sq. ft. of industrial and some 93 300 sq. ft. of commercial multi-tenant buildings, destined to highway and proximity retail and services businesses.
This project is located at the Exit 305, on Highway 20 in Lévis (Saint-Étienne-de-Lauzon and Saint-Nicolas), at the angle of Chemin Olivier, De la Chaux and Carrières Streets, an area prioritized by the City of Lévis and the MTQ, because of the high density of circulation in the area. As a result, a four-lane extension of Chemin Olivier, in front of the project, and an extension of the Lagueux Viaduct are being built in 2019
The site is neighbor or adjacent to Ultramar gas station and card-lock, a Nissan dealership, Petro-Canada, A&W and Fromagerie Victoria.
